Apne sharir ko urja aur Shakti Kaise banaen
Apni sharir ki shakti urja ko badhane ke liye, aap ye kuch tariko ko apna sakte hain:
- Achi tarah se sona: Achhi neend lena aapke sharir ki urja ko punarjivanit karta hai.
- Swasth aahar: Poshtik bhojan khana jaise phal, sabziyan, daal, nuts aur seeds aapko shaktishali banata hai.
- Vyayam karein: Regular vyayam se aapka sharir mazboot hota hai aur urja ka star badhata hai.
- Dhyan aur Pranayam: Yog aur dhyan se sharir aur dimag ko shanti aur urja milti hai.
- Jal piyein: Prati din kafi pani piyein, kyunki dehydration se urja ki kami ho sakti hai.
- Stress ko kam karein: Stress se bachne ke liye vyayam, pranayam aur dhyan ka abhyas karein.
